Self proclaimed writer. Avid reader. New blogger.

My name is Isabella and I’m often confused.

I am a student majoring in English Literature. I also love French literature and Greek literature. I am a bit of an Anglophile but, I am not the kind that bites.

Read some posts, read some books, give me some feedback…let’s have a lit nerd discussion.

We know too much, and are convinced of too little.

Our literature is a substitute for religion, and so is our religion.

T.S. Eliot knows his stuff and this is my chance to disturb the universe!

Thanks for stopping by my website. I look forward to checking in on your thoughts. Speaking of French literature, I’m looking at my bookshelf right now, and there I see Rimbaud’s “A Season in Hell and the Drunken Boat” sitting comfortably next to Baudelaire’s “Paris Spleen.” All I need is a drink of absinthe.

  2. Love T.S., think I was probably about your age when I met him.

    • Met him? …and suddenly you’ve become my hero. It’s not unique to have Prufrock obsession as a lit nerd but, how I envy that you can say you met him.
